Hi, on a couple days a go, i can do file transfer from my samsung to laptop, and now suddenly i can not do file transfer, this feature seems like disabled when i connect ? anyone know why does this happened ?
Did you make any changes in the TeamViewer settings on your computer?
You can check it here: TeamViewer options --> Advanced --> Advanced settings for connections to this computer --> Access control.
What setting is enabled?

It has full access. screenshot attached. There's no file transfer.
