File transfer browser shows empty folder

I'm trying to transfer a file from my smartphone (Galaxy Note3 Marshmallow) to my PC (Windows 8.1) . using TeamViewer Host interface in my PC.
The file transfer window right panel (showing the phone storage tree) is not displaying the contents of the folder that contains the file that I want to transfer to my PC.
Contents in my PC displays correctly and other folders in the phone display also fine. 
Any idea why that folder that definitely contains files is not dislaying them?
