Has anyone been able successfully submit a TeamViewer support form recently?

Over the past few days, I have been trying to submit a support ticket to resolve a commercial use suspected message using this link: www.teamviewer.com/en/support/commercial-use-suspected. Every time I try to submit the form, I get redirected afterwards to an error page with the message "Sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact our helpdesk staff." If I watch the status bar of the browser after I submit the form, I do see that the log file that I attached is being uploaded so the form is indeed processing. However, I have no idea if what I submitted actually goes through or not since I end up on the page with the error message.

I tried a different form for personal use verification (www.teamviewer.com/en/support/personal-use-verification) and the same exact problem occurs:

I have tried different browsers ranging from Chrome, to Micosoft Edge, to even old Internet Explorer 11. All result in the same error message.

Can someone please verify if these support forms are working or not?
