Haven't received trusted device email or password change email

Options

I have tried so many times to get the emails.
But I have not got any emails from teamviewer.

I have checked my spam box and email blacklist. Nothing there.

Even I had to made a new id to post for this question......

Does a member of teamviewer support check this community?
If a supporter check this out, can you please send me a message?
