How can I share the screen on my laptop with TeamViewer?

Hi when I share my screen wiyh yhe other participant he is unable to see it..I was able to do so since last week but now the other party is enable to see it although I shared my screen with him..please fix the problem and guide me regarding it..thanks

    I'm sorry I did not understand exactly your request.
    The other side is able to see your screen? Do you want to prevent viewing?

    Hi, When I share my screen with the other participant, he says that he cannot view my screen even though it is being shared by me. Please guide me to fix this problem on my laptop.

    Hi @abida,

    when your assistant tries to connect to your laptop, are you in front of the monitor or has laptop closed lid?
