How can i update Teamviewer Portable?

I want to connect to my Partnercomputer but he does not connect because my partnercomputer is a newer version of TV and my TV Portable not. I did not found a newer version than 12.0.83369 P from August 2017. I downloaded it from your site and he still tells me that it is old. What can i do? i have to connect my computer at home.
