How to kill a connection remotely?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The only thing you can see with a Tensor license and the auditability funktion is, what they have done within the remote session, means which actions they started within the session.

Another possibility would be policies. In the Management Console, you are able to create certain policies you can deploy to the relevant devices. Maybe you can disable to estabish remote sessions on the devices of your colleagues?
