How to rename a custimized QuickSupport file
Hallo,
when I rename my downloaded custimized QuickSupport file and start the new file I see a standard QuickSupport programm and not the one with our logo. Can I rename the file or what do I need to do?

Good timing!
Originally, you could not completely rename custom modules. You needed to leave the "-idcxxxxxx" in place as the app uses a smart naming system.
However, as part of our Q2 upgrade, this has just been changed! Adding a -idc will still work as before, but now the IDC is now embedded into the file if it is downloaded as a custom module.
So please download again and give this another shot!
