How to split monitors and use of headset

Dear TeamViewer team,

I have two questions regarding TeamViewer.
1) In my work I have two monitors. At my home I have two monitors as well. When I connect remotely to work with TeamViewer, I know, that I can switch between monitors in one single window. But how can I split these windows to two, so I have each screen on each monitor?

2) How can I use my (home) headset when I am remotely connected to work and want to do some Skype calls there? I want all the sound and microphone use with my home headset.
