I can scroll but the view doesn't change

Hi!

I have a remote computer with monitor that's turned but I can't reach it (in real life). The computer had to reboot and now the monitor resolution is put to 640x480. I wanted to change the resolution of the monitor but I can't scroll. Well, I can but it doesn't show any changes on the screen. So when I scroll down, my cursor does change when it reaches a clickable element, but the view is static. Underneath is a picture of my monitor resolution settings screen in windows 10. As you can see (the scrollbar on the right) is halfway, but the view is still on the top. I'm unable to control my computer right now.

Does anyone know a solution? Thanks in advance!
