Hi. I lost my iphone couple a days ago.

So. i can't access my 2FA app... and i lost recovery code.

can you recovery my account?

    Hi,

    I received a new phone and my authenticator app does not reconize Teamviewer anymore.  Not able to set it up again as I can not find my recovery code or produce a security code.  What do I need to do to get this setup again?

    If moderators can't do that then why won't they pass it to IT support - they can do anything.

    I have the same problem and my account that's locked out is NOT a free account. I had to create this account in order to get in contact with Teamviewer which is absolute **bleep** IMO, no more email support is a cop out. How do I restore my account, I have a heap of connections saved that I have no other record of.
