I cant login because I have changed my smartphone

First of all, my name is the word after the @ on my mail (S*H*A*F*I*C*K). Your system refuse my name because there are F*I*C*K on the end, saying its a bad word. Can I use my real name please?


MAIN PROBLEM:

I have changed my smartphone and now I dont have auth code and lost the recovery code.

Not about the account Im logged now [removed per Community Guidelines], but my main account: [removed per Community Guidelines]

How can I solve this problem? I have the mail and pass.

    Thank you for your message.

    There are two options we can offer:

    Option 1: You create a new account with a new email address and start from scratch

    Option 2: You request the deletion of your account by sending an email to privacy@teamviewer.com. Once you will get the confirmation, you will be able to create an account with your same email again.
