ID is not showing in teamviewer 9

Hi Team,

We are facing team viewer connecting issues across most of our Offices.

- In some offices its showing IP but not team viewer ids.

- In some offices its not showing both.

We are facing this problem since 4-5 days, please help us asap it's impacting our daily operations.

Hi @Natascha,

Most of our PC's are windows 10 and 7.

This issue started recently, instead of ID's now its showing the IP's.

FYI: Internet is there on those pc's and we can browse TV site.

Looking for your revert.

Can you try it with version 14 on two devices where people are able to get back to version 9 easily? 

Please make also sure, that the settings are set correctly: Incoming LAN connections options

Maybe you can check if port 5938 are free for TeamViewer?

Then what about Windows 7 ?

Actually we are using 50 Channel licence and some of our ( around 40%) TV9 is working in Windows 10 & 7 without any issues.

The balance TVs are not showing the ID's and all TV's are in same WAN.

LAN and port settings are fine.

Hi @Natascha ,

We checked the issue with different ISP's connectivity. And we not getting the ID when we tried to connect the team viewer version 9 through our below prefixes.

41.79.32.0/22

168.167.50.252/30

Can you please assist on this matter asap,looks like the above IP prfixes are blocked in teamviewr side.
