ISO TV.ini settings and keyboard shortcuts

1) I'd like to know what each setting means in the TV.ini file, with the options in each case, for manual editing, especially for my portable TV.
2) Also, does the TV interface have keyboard shortcuts?  There doesn't seem to be any way to click on the remote PC selection without using the mouse, and I'd prefer to get there (or at least to the list) via keyboard shortcut.
