Infinite loop login account error chromebook app

the screen that says enter account info, forgot password, or sign in is giving me trouble..

I am not able to resend activation, I am not able to login, and when typing my email it says some kind of error..

This really needs an account representative to reset my account which is brand new and I odont want to have to create a whole other email address

    Could you please make a screenshot of the error you get when trying to log in?
    Also, could you please give us more details? (the version of TeamViewer, OS etc...)
