I purchased a new computer the other day, An  acer Predator,  and installed the latest version of Team Viewer.

Installation went smoothly, and everything looked ok, however it cannot connect to the Server. My old laptop, which is right next to it and on the same network, is working just fine.

I checked the firewall/Antivirus settings, and everything looks good, I even shut the firewall and the Avtivirus down to test.

I can ping master1.teamviewer.com just fine.

this is the latest version of windows 10. with everything up to date.

After looking at several posts, I disabled IP6. that did not work.

any help or suggustions are welcome.

    Two suggestions:

1.) Fully uninstall your AV / FW product and then test,

    2.) Update your network drivers.
