Lan connections and whitelist problems (authentication rejected)

Hi.

From yesterday we have a problem with incomming lan connections.

We have the policy with white list with emails on it. No problem with it to yesterday.

Now, nobody from the white list can't connect to our teamviewer hosts stations.

Every administrator get message "Authentication rejected".

In the log file is "CLoginServer::CheckIfConnectionIsAllowed: connection not allowed, buddy account verification failed".

Anybody have this problem ?

Yes, I've been getting this recently too. Tried granting easy access and adding the client's TV ID to the whielist on the remote.  Still no LAN connection.  Remote via the internet still works.

    Hi Julia.

    Thank you for information.

Unfortunelly policy still does not propagate.

I have a lot of policies on th server. I have installed the last update of the TeamViewer.

TeamVierwer does not get policies from the server.

    Hi Julia,

Can you please confirm the version number the fix was included in?  I don't see it mentioned specifically in the last 2-3 change log entries:  https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/changelog/

    Thanks!
