Latest Mojave, Latest Beta, still no remote mouse or keyboard

I have gone thru uninstall and re-install twice.  It was not working Pre-Beta either (which is why I tried the Beta).  I have gone thru the instructions found here

I still get no keyboard or mouse remotely.  Just me?  Any ideas?

    April 2019

    From Ipad Pro last generation on MACBOOK PRO TB same problemaccessing session MAC OS but no action of mouse and Keyboard

    Pb persiste since 2018 do you think a correction will be made

    For info same Mac same Ipad teamviewer on Virtual machine windows 7 (VMware Fusion) it work correctly

    i have a commercial licence for Teamviewer

    Teamviewer on MAC Version 14,2,2558 (last one)
