License is already active on your account but is still Free version
I tried to activate TemaViewer using the link provided in the email but I still receive a message saying that the license has already been used in my account. However, I still see that my user is using a free license.
In order to legacy your TeamViewer connections, kindly login your licensed account on TeamViewer client for authorised usage please. As TeamViewer requires one side of the connection to be licensed, your users can remain using Free license when you are licensed.
