Re: Logfiles empty

could you also please check if "Enable logging" is ticked? if activated, TeamViewer should writes all events and errors.

Re: Logfiles empty

Hi GV,

I recommend you submit the personal user form with description on how you use TeamViewer as possible detailed as you can. Also leave a note that your logfile is empty. Our engineer will try to make a decision based on what you provided and backend data.

Hope it helps. If you think your quesiton is sovled, could you please accept as solution.

thank you very much.

Re: Logfiles empty

Hi, did you do that?

The following file types are allowed: log

You can find your log file by clicking "Extras" -> "Open log files" in your client. Locate the file called "TeamViewerXX_Logfile.log", where "XX" is your TeamViewer version.

Re: Logfiles empty

Thanks!! That was really helpful! No logging was enabled...

Now I only have one problem. I'm not able to use TeamViewer since the system claims I'm using it commercially. And since I don't have any logs form the time it was working I can't prove that I don't.

What do I do now??
