Lost email account and password

I have lost access to my nc.rr.com accoint and also to what my password is.  Like to see about getting my old account back (from nc.rr.com to my gmail account please.) and also recovering my password.  I know the first 10 or so chars but not the whole password...

    If you do not remember your account password you can select an account password reset using the link below.

    If you no longer have access to the email in question, then you will not be able to receive the password reset email and then we would suggest to create a new Teamviewer account or just use the account you created to make this post.

    Now trying to regain access to lost email account and remove enough emails so password reset email can arrive successfully...
