Mixup of licenses

Dear Community,

So, I have my personal Teamviewer account to connect to my PC at home.

My company also has a corp teamviewer account thats paid for.

For some reason my personal account is saying I am using it for corp reasons and I am now on a trial. I have had this account for over 10yrs and never had a problem.

Is there anyway to brake this connection as the Trial is due to expire meaning I wont be able to use it for my personal machine anymore without having to sign up a new account

Regards,

    Hello @jackoltd,

    Thank you for your message.

Please understand that TeamViewer systems do not recognize double usage (personal and commercial).

This means that some operations can flag your personal account or personal device to a licensed one such as :

    • If you log in with your personal account on a device where a licensed has been activated or which is in a corporate environment (computer at work for example)
    • If you log in with your corporate license on your personal device

If you have done one of the operations above, please refer to the following article in order to switch your personal account to personal use: Why do I see 'Commercial use suspected' / 'Commercial use detected'

I hope this could help. If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here.

    Cheers

    Jean
