So recently I've noticed that soon after initiating a Team Viewer session, the Mouse Arrow disappears when I attempt to drag it into the view of the computer screen I am trying to remote into. I log out and then log back in and it might give me a few minutes of proper operation or it might not give me any time and the mouse arrow just disappears again.

Do you connect to a laptop which has its screen lid closed/lowered?
If yes, then could you please try to connect with the screen lid opened?
Hi there and thanks so much for the reply. The computer that I am trying to access remotely is a desktop. The computer I am using to access it is a Laptop. I'm not having issues connecting with any other computer. Odd.
