After logging into a customer (we use TV 12 with a corporate license) I could open windows network settings but after could not click or send any commands, just completely stuck here:
Connection was ok as I could still download files over file transfer.
Reconnecting did not help.
The red border around settings makes me wonder if that has something to do with it
Anyone run into this issue before?

We could not reproduce this bug with a version 12.
Are you on the latest V12 on both sides of the connection?
If not, please make sure you use this package on both sides: TeamViewer 12 - latest version
