My Teamviewer has the same id as my remote partner !

Hey, this is strange. I just updated to version 12 and now my TeamViewer has generated the same login id as my remote partner. Can't establish a connection as all I get are "You have enteredthe ID of your own computer". No matter how many times we both restart TeamViewer, it's the same thing. Is there any way to force a regeneration of the login ID ?

    Uninstall TeamViewer makeing sure to check off the "remove settings" Checkbox then re-install.

    Yep, just verified. Even perfoming a proper deinstall using TV prefPanel->Advanced with clear settings checked is no help with today's version. Reinstallations all carry the same exact TV ID for a given logon username. Maybe the password comes into play as well or at least I hope so ;)

    Mein Mac besitzt die gleich ID wie die des Vorbesitzers.

    -Kein Clone
    -Neues OS
    -Teamviewer Löschen
    -auch mit Preferences
    -keine Lösung
    -Hotline vor 3 Wochen kontaktiert
    -ich lasse ihnen eine Mail mit einem Script zukommen
    -Mail hat mich nicht erreicht...

    Removing/Clearing Settings/Reinstalling is NO help.

    Same exact ID with every reinstall now in version 12 / 13.
