Need help troubleshooting Wake-On-Lan

Workstation: Lenovo P510

Network : Intel 1218-LM

Machine has been configured for Wake On Lan in the BIOS as well as the Device Manager for the Network adapter. Connection is internal intranet. IT has confirmed that firewall does not block any magic packets. Normal Teamviewer connection works fine.

I'm stuck on which areas to troubleshoot next.
