New device not visible

I downloaded the app onto a new laptop today and added the new device into my account.  However it still does not appear in the management console even after adding it to the trusted devices.  Is there some other step I need to take?

    Thanks for Posting.

    "Trusted Devices" is just to make sure it is you signing in, this does not add a device into your console or set it up for unattended access. It is just a 2-step login verification.

    You can set up unattended access during install or by clicking "Connection" > "Set up Unattended Access".

    You can also add a computer into your list manually in the contacts list by clicking "Add" > "Add remote computer"
