No access to original email account and password mangler has incorrect password

Hi,

I have lost access to my original email account and have managed to break my password with a password manager (as a result of a security breach email).

Is there any way the password could be rolled back to its original - or do I have no hope and now I need to visit my parents to re-set them against the account I created this morning?

Remember I do not have access to my old email account anymore (Tried to get it resurected but Vodafone own the DNS record and will not help me).
