No sound from remote comptuer

When connected remotely, I don't hear any sound from the remote computer. I've seen other posts on this topic, but they haven't solved my problem.

Both computers are running Windows 10. On both computers, I've run TeamViewer (14.2.2558) and seleted Extras > Options > Remote Control and selected the "Play computer sounds and music" option. I've also selected the similar setting on Extras > Options > Meeting (although I'm using remote control and not a meeting).

I've set the volume to 100% on both computers. I can hear sounds on both computers when I'm near them, but I can't hear anything from the remote computer through the connection.
