Also having a similar concern... Got this from my log file. This has happened twice with different IDs yesterday. Unfortunately I cannot talk with TeamViewer on the phone about this or submit a ticket, as I am a free user. I just installed TeamViewer 13 on a laptop and was told on the same day that someone locked the owner out of the machine, was reading through emails, looking at pictures, etc. The only way to regain control of the machine was to do a forced shut down. Any feedback on this would be great. I am happy to post more of the info log if need be. Thanks.
