Not connected due to version

Hi
I went on vacation and I have TeamWiever activated on my home PC, I am trying to connect, and I get a Version out-of-Date error.
How to be? I really need to connect to work.
No PC access for the next two weeks.

and I understand that I have to upgrade my home PC version. But how to do it, if I go over 1000 km?
