Not logged in on network

I have one of my stations that shows being logged in  but when I try to access it Team Viewer says Team Viewer not running on partner computer. I do not see why. My system settings allow for file and sharing and discoverable.

I am using the Windows Store short cut for TV on that machine, do I need to install the TV software on it as well?

Yes Fabien. I re started the service as suggested and all is doing well now. Thank You.

Hello @k4rkyRicky,

thanks for your post.

"TeamViewer not running on partner computer." means that the TeamViewer on the remote computer is having some issues.

Is it an installed version you run? if yes, please make sure to restart the servcie running in the background (including the service) and in case not, please make sure you run the latest QuickSupport.

If both do not help, I would tip for a local security software blocking TeamViewer.
