Not possible to remove an authorized device

Hi,

I'm using a Business licence.
I have to remove one of my 3 authorized devices but I get an error message which is - in French : "Aucun transfert de licence restant" (no licence transfer remaining) and the device still remains so I can't add another (different) one.

Could one of the staff members help me please ?
