Not receiving confirmation email

Pretty straight forward. This isn't happening. It seems the only way to fix it is to have an agent look into it, according to this support page, so could someone please do this for me?

Thanks for your message and sorry for the Email-delivery issue.

We got the info from our IT that the issue has been fixed. All emails should now be delivered as usual. Please see also our Status page.

I bout license yesterday, still not recieved the activation email, I cannot submit a ticket as i am still on trial license.

Could someone help please

I paid a **bleep** load of money for this piece of poo software and I can;t even use it cos the activation email is not getting through. Just send me ans SMS.

  1. If you purchase a new license:

    Please contact our support team in order to assist you. You can reach out to them directly via local numbers found here. The confirmation email might take up to 24 hours. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  2. If you have paid for your subscription renewal:

    You do not need to reactivate your license when your license is renewed.
    Depending on a type of license you have, solution will be changed, but if you have a business license, for example, you can only use one licensed account so please make sure that you login to a licensed account when making a connection.
