Only LAN Connections Possible

Hi,
I was using teamviewer to connect to my home PC from the work. Everything was working like a charm and 2 days ago I faced an issue.
Teamviewer shows me the message "Only LAN Connections are possible" at the bottom left corner, even though I have an internet connection and I''m successfully reaching all the master servers by pinging them.
I've been googling that issue for hours, still haven't found any solution, you're my last hope please help,
