Paid & Free access on the same server

I have a client with a server that I am admin on. I use the paid version of TeamViewer to connect for admin reasons. There is an employee that also uses this server as a workstation. This user uses a free TeamViewer account to do so. Seems like we take turns removing each others access every time we configure the server for our use. Is there a way to configure the host on the server, to allow both paid and free remote connections? When I install it, I choose for personal and business use, but still we both cannot connect. Once one connects, the other no longer has any access and vice-versa.

Any help would be greatly apreciated!
