Pardoning emailer has gone haywire!

Hello!  I was following the commercial use process, and something seems to be wrong with your pardoning email system.  I've getting a duplicate message every thirty minutes since I filled out the form.  (I did respond tto the first one with my completed form, by the way).

Can we make it stop?  :)

 

this is just today, and it's only 830AM!

  • I have exactly the same issue here. The commercial use detected warning and having to fill the form in was irritating enough, but getting mailbombed into the bargain is maddening.

    Same.  Multiply by 10 or so different accounts, And I've received hundreds of replies.  Started after I submitted the signed form.

    There was a hiccup in the system and the team is working on a fix!

    P.S. @Esther I did respond with a form to the first one.  Do you think that will work or do we need to do something else?
