Partner could not be contacted at the given network address
I've seen a ton of posts about this, but no answer. I have 2 computers at home. When at home, I can connect to them. When remote, I cannot. I get the error. Disabling IPv6 isn't possible for me, so I can't try that solution. Even if that is the solution, it's clearly a problem with TeamViewer.
Is TeamViewer aware of the problem? It seems to be affecting people for months.

My partner is running QuickSupport. We use TeamViewer because my partners are mostly computer-illiterate. But I'm having one partner in Costa Rica that desperately needs my help. I'm unable to help him because I cannot log onto his computer. It worked a couple of times and hasn't worked for the most recent dozens of times. He's frustrated. I'm frustrated. I don't know what to do next. I'm using the latest TV14.
