Partner machine now Win10, display & settings do not reconnect

So, back in March installed TV (15.8) on the remote machine which was running Win 7.

From my home machine, also running Win 7, the TV login was pretty seamless, theme & appearance  were steady, and system audio was passed straight through.

That remote machine was changed to a Win 10 machine, again with TV 15.8 on board.

But, every time I connect to that machine, the display shown to me remotely. reverts to an inital start-up theme.  Whic hdoes not have optimized text/icon settings for remote TV use.  This means, for each and every session I have to right click and select the correct theme.

To add to this, no system sounds are passed through, which makes Zoom meetings a waste of time.

What is highly annoying is that, if go to the remote location the Theme is correct and sounds are working.  If I'm in the remote location, I don't really need TV at all, do I?   This behavior is peculiar and more than passing annoying.
