Partner randomly shows offline

So i've been using teamviewer for a couple of years now and have had no problems, but recently whenever i try to connect to one of my pc's it'll show as offline. I have noticed that sometimes it'll show as online then a few mins later it won't. I know so far that its not the devices' network connection as i can access the network drive that's shared by it and stream from the plex server that the pc is running with no problems, it's just teamviewer that seems to be the issue. The issue only seems to have appeared in the last few months.

I'd appreciate it if someone had any ideas for a solution on this, as it can be fustrating if i need to do something on the system and not being able to connect.
