Payment by credit card update

my credit card has changed how do I update my CC info on my account so the renewal will do through?

You can go to the page for payment change: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/licensing/subscriptionPaymentChange.aspx

login in with your existing invoice number and your account email, and you will then be able to change your payment information.

Hello, I've exactly this problem too.  There is no change mechanism on the page from anwer. Exactly this page no exist! How can I change the number of my credit card?

I have the same problem like Viamedica and piebin.
I would like to change payment type.
Link 'https://www.teamviewer.com/en/licensing/subscriptionPaymentChange.aspx' redirect me to 'https://www.teamviewer.com/pl/' (status code 302).

How can I change subscription payment type ?

We could reproduce this bug by setting the prefered country and language to Poland/Polski (this bug may occur with other countries as well).

We will forward this to our dedicated team and hope that this bug will be fixed soon! 💪

As a workaround, you can set your country on UK (for example) and the language on English at the bottom of the Homepage as illustrated below:
