Please cancel my subscription for a full refund

Hello,

I would like to cancel my subscription, which I purchased on Monday, for a full refund. I phoned Teamviewer billing on Tuesday, and was sent an email to a support ticket. However the ticket just redirects me to the community page.

My subscription is linked to the email I used to create this account, but my account still just says "Free". I'm not sure if that has to do why I can't click the support ticket.

Please advise. Thanks.
