Can teamviewer please confirm if you have a free upgrade at all times when you have purchased Corporate Version? Or do we have to pay again when you release new versions... I hope not?

Thank you for your post.
A license upgrade may be required depending on your license.
If you have a subscription plan, you are able to use the latest version, such as version 14. However if you have a perpetual license, you need to use the version you purchased.
Please do not contact our sales team if you need to upgrade to a subscription. We are happy to support you.
