Prevent installation of Run Only Quick Support

Hi,

We have a custom Quick Support Teamviewer app deployed to the entire company. We now need to prevent both the installation of the full blown Teamviewer client for those dev users with admin rights as well as preventing the running of the downloadableTeamviewer Quick Support. We only want to allow the running of our own Teamviewer "SOS" app.

Is this possible and if so, what are the steps?

    Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

    With TeamViewer, you can prevent who is allowed and who is blocked to connect to your devices via the TeamViewer Black and whitelist. However, this feature is only available in the TeamViewer full version and the TeamViewer Host.

    Preventing the installation is, unfortunately, not possible via TeamViewer.
