Same here!! For some reason the service just stopped and started asking to purchase a licence which I believe was paid for a few months ago. Anyway, paid for another licence as we desperatly need it working and received nothing. Got an email from Accounting@teamviewer.com to say its been received.
Crusing under the cronovirus work from home load maybe???
