Purchased teamviewer and paid on the 26/6/2018. Recieved a conformation with and activation link. Activated account and upgraded, now after 2 days its back to saying I have a free account and will the activation says invalid product key? Still yet to recieve invoice from Teamviewer, need to get this resolved as it boots me out of sessions after 45 seconds.

I appears they applied my recent payment to a 2 year old invoice that was in their system. Making my recent purchase expired as of date 12/2017. Not sure why but have an open ticket to find answers.
