QuickSupport on iOS starts, broadcasts but, stops automatically.

I have an iPad Air 2 iOS 11.3.1, I am wondering if I need to do something to stop the disconnects?

The message I get on the iPad is:  "Screen Broadcasting - Live Broadcast to TeamViewer has stopped due to: (null)"  [OK]  [Go to Application]

Same issue on iPad ios 12.3.1. It will connect with live broadcast but as soon as the remote iPad user presses the home button and opens another app, it quits with the same null error message. The system icon is fine but any non iOS app seems to be an issue. Makes it useless to troubleshoot since you have very limited options to navigate.

I have the exact same issue with iPhones. The broadcast stops automatically as soon as the user opens another application.

This makes TeamViewer QuickSupport for iOS useless.
