REMOTE PRINTING NOT WORKING

I have been trying to set up remote printing with no luck. I was using the free version then paid for the business one just for this feature. I have downloaded the drivers did the print spooler reset and followed everything I could find to try to fix this issue. When I click to print I see the printer marked TeamViewer with my name and id but no actual printers are showing. How do I set it up so that it prints on my computer. I have wasted hours of frustration trying to get this to work. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks
