Hi @NigeNZ ,

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately we do not have the policy for the feature.
However, you can setup manually in Computers & Contacts.

  1. Select a device you would like to set up.
  2. Click the cog mark on the right top corner.Enable Multiple Monitors using Policy.png

  3. Click PropertiesEnable Multiple Monitors using Policy 1.png

  4. Click Advanced.Enable Multiple Monitors using Policy 2.png

  5. Select your preference in a Initial screen tab. Enable Multiple Monitors using Policy 3.png

Hope this will be helpful.

Best regards,
Yuri

    Hi There

I am working with a test deployment everything is working well however whenever I connect it defaults to the users first monitor.  This appears to be driven from the user side  as setting it to multiple does not persist on subsequent connections or connections to different ID's.

I thought there would be a policy enabling this but that does not seem to be the case, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks @Yuri_T could you please add this as a feature request?

We will be using this for close to 1000 devices with approx 15 support staff so its not practical for each of our staff to set this one by one =(

Virtually all of our users have 2-3 monitors

    Thanks!

    Nige

    Hi @NigeNZ ,

Of course, I will add this to our feature request list.
Please note that we cannot promise if and when this will be implemented.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Best regards,
    Yuri
