Recognising external sound card (Scarlett 2i2) in macOS

Hello there,

We are having issues with TeamViewer recognising Focusrite Scarlett (2i2 2nd Gen and 2i4 2nd Gen) sound cards. The output device does not appear on the list of audio devices.

I'm able to replicate this on two separate Macs. Using Standard playback device when in macOS the default is the Scarlett does not work (still uses the Built-in Output device).

I've tried a different external sound card (Behringer U-PHORIA) and that's recognised fine in TeamViewer.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
